About Kelly

Kelly Kannwischer is an executive non-profit leader who works with teams and leaders around the world to help them convert their hidden potential into deployed passion. Kelly has supported C-suite leaders and key individuals from top organizations, inclusive of Amazon Web Services, Target, Convoy of Hope, and MagMutual Insurance Company. She is an ICF certified executive coach, Insights Discovery Leader, and a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE). Kelly is the Founder of OptUp Consulting, a strategic planning and coaching consultancy focused on enabling individuals and organizations to maximize resources and strengths to create forward-moving impact.

Kelly holds a Master of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from the University of Virginia. When not coaching or preparing organizations for the future of non-profit strategy & operations, you can find Kelly playing golf with her husband and two daughters, and spoiling their Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Austin and Dallas.
