About Holly

​

Holly Stancil is a career coach, resume writer, and team facilitator. In every role of her professional, volunteer, and family life, she loves connecting people with their full potential. As the founder of Intermezzo Coaching, Holly works with clients to find clarity in their career goals and to tell their stories with confidence. Many of her coaching clients are adjusting to new professional, academic, or personal challenges; returning to work after a pause; or rebalancing their priorities for a new phase of life. Holly is an ICF-certified coach and a trained practitioner of MRG's Individual Directions Inventory and MHS's EQ-i 2.0.

 

Holly started her career in recruiting, training, and performance evaluation, working in financial services, health care, and  nonprofit consulting. She holds a BA in psychology from the University of Virginia, a Leadership Coaching certificate from Rice University, and is working toward a Master’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Harvard University. She lives in Charlottesville, VA, with her husband, three busy teenagers, and two lazy labradoodles.
